Coastal Concierge
Our property checks can be undertaken weekly, bi-weekly or monthly dependent on your requirements. We can either key-hold for your property or provide a key-safe service; whichever you are most comfortable with.
On our property visits, we undertake a full exterior and interior check to ensure that everything is in good condition, that there has been no weather damage and that the interior is ventilated and condensation-free. (Of particular importance in coastal properties.) We check to ensure that the terms and conditions of your second home insurance policy are fulfilled, that the property is secure and that any security and alarm systems are functioning correctly.
Should we discover a problem, we are able to draw on our industry expertise and ‘little black book’ network of specialist partners in order to facilitate a fast and efficient fix.
We also offer an ongoing maintenance package that includes (but is not limited to) garden upkeep, window and fascia cleaning, painting and decorating, laundry provision and full, end-of-stay interior cleans.
Our bespoke housekeeping service can be planned around your visits. We can arrange a scheduled clean if you visit your property on a regular basis or can offer a bespoke service for more ad-hoc cleans.
To complete our concierge service we are also able to recommend home chefs, food delivery services, and florists.
